Privacy policy

RealBahamianTV (operated by Whympire Media) keeps this simple: we only collect what you send us, and we only use it for the reason you sent it.

What our forms collect

• Email signup: your email address. We send a confirmation email first, and add you to the list only after you confirm.
• Share a memory / nominate an icon: your name, email, island or area, era, your memory or nomination, and any photo you choose to upload. We only use a photo if you confirm you own it and give us permission.
• Partner quote requests: your name, contact details, island and what you need.
• Partner and sponsor enquiries: your business and contact details and what you're looking for.

Who receives it

• Memories, nominations and enquiries go only to RealBahamianTV.
• Quote requests go only to the business you asked for a quote, and to RealBahamianTV so we can track partner commissions.
• We never sell your information.

We use trusted services to run the site: Sanity (where form submissions are stored), Resend (email), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection) and Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics).

Videos

Episodes from TikTok, Facebook and YouTube don't load until you press play. Until then, those platforms can't set cookies through our site. YouTube videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Analytics

We use cookie-free analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't identify you personally.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To see, correct or delete anything you've sent us, email realbahamiantv@gmail.com.
